Hi folks and good morning to you all! I hope this post finds you well. Rethink Mental Illness asked me to do a post for them about my experiences with mental health- which coincides with A Level Results Day today.Rethink

Anxiety controlled my life throughout my college years and part of University, so I wanted to share my story for anyone who is thinking about going to University (or not!) about dealing with anxiety. There are links at the bottom of the post for those wishing to learn more about mental health.

  1. Your article was really helpful to me. I am starting the same degree in September and realized sometime ago that I suffer from anxiety. I was thinking to give up the degree but reading your post this morning made me think that maybe I should go ahead with it. Thank you!
